A well-planned wedding transport timeline generally follows six stages: vehicle preparation and chauffeur briefing before pickup; bride and/or groom pickup at the agreed location; ceremony arrival, timed to arrive slightly ahead of schedule; photography, where the vehicle remains available according to your package; reception transfer; and, optionally, a farewell getaway departure.
The exact timing depends on your ceremony start time, the distance between locations, and how much time you want allocated to photography. For destination weddings in the Yarra Valley or Mornington Peninsula, additional travel time is built into the plan given the longer distances involved.
